Sessions with Taelar are not limited to a single modality. Instead, each appointment is a responsive, integrative experience shaped by your needs, intentions, and nervous system on that day.
Rather than booking “massage,” “yoga,” or “astrology” separately, you are invited into a collaborative session that may include any combination of Taelar’s skills — woven together intuitively and ethically, with consent and care.
Modalities That May Be Included
Sessions may draw from:
Therapeutic & intuitive massage
Trauma-informed yoga & somatic movement
Nervous system regulation practices
Breathwork & guided meditation
Tarot & astrology for reflection and meaning-making
Ritual, grounding, and practical magic practices
Integration conversation & reflective coaching
You do not need to decide in advance what you “need.” We begin where you are, and the session unfolds from there.
All individual sessions are offered at a flat rate of $1 per minute, regardless of which modalities are used.
Available appointment lengths:
15 minutes — quick regulation, check-in, or focused support
30 minutes — targeted care or integration work
60 minutes — full session
90 minutes — deep nervous system support or multi-layered work
120 minutes — extended, immersive sessions
This structure allows flexibility, accessibility, and transparency — no upselling, no hierarchy of care, and no pressure to perform or choose “correctly.”
Taelar is available for private events and group bookings, including:
Retreats & workshops
Activist or organizer care spaces
Community healing gatherings
Somatic or ritual-based group experiences
Custom offerings for organizations or collectives
Rates for private events are negotiated based on scope, duration, travel, and group size. Please reach out to discuss your vision and needs.
This work is grounded in consent, collaboration, and nervous-system awareness. Sessions are adaptive, non-dogmatic, and affirming of queer, trans, neurodivergent, and marginalized identities.
You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to be met.
No. You are booking time, not a technique.
Each session is collaborative and responsive, and may include any combination of modalities based on your needs that day. We’ll check in together at the beginning of the session and adjust as we go.
That’s completely okay — and very common.
You don’t need a clear goal, diagnosis, or plan. We can start with how you’re feeling in your body, what’s been heavy lately, or simply with rest and grounding. Clarity often emerges inside the session.
No. While the work is trauma-informed and nervous-system aware, it is not psychotherapy or medical care, and it does not replace mental health or medical treatment.
That said, many people find this work deeply supportive alongside therapy, activism, recovery, or life transitions.
Absolutely.
You are always in charge of your body and your experience. We can pause, pivot, or shift modalities at any point. Consent is ongoing, and feedback is welcome throughout.
Yes. Short sessions can be incredibly effective for:
Nervous system regulation
Grounding during stressful periods
Integration after big emotional or political moments
Check-ins between longer sessions
Care doesn’t have to be long to be meaningful.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come weekly, some monthly, some only during intense seasons of life or organizing. We can talk about what rhythm feels supportive without creating obligation or dependency.
Yes. This practice is explicitly queer-, trans-, and neurodivergent-affirming, and is grounded in consent, autonomy, and harm reduction. You will not be asked to explain or justify your identity, body, or nervous system.
Wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and safe.
For movement-based work, loose clothing is helpful. For massage or table work, we’ll talk through options together. You’re welcome to bring water, comfort items, or anything that helps you feel at ease.
Yes — explicitly.
This work makes space for the impact of capitalism, oppression, and collective trauma on the nervous system. You don’t have to leave that part of yourself at the door.
Yes. Taelar is available for private events, retreats, and group offerings at negotiated rates.
Please reach out with details about your group, location, and goals to start the conversation.
Please let me know. We can discuss sensory needs, mobility access, pacing, communication preferences, and any boundaries you want respected. The goal is to create care that actually works for you.
