Spring is a season of return — to warmth, to movement, to possibility.
The Rewilding Collective Spring Retreat is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into connection, creativity, and embodied joy.
Hosted at a rustic summer-camp style setting, this retreat blends deep nervous system restoration with laughter, movement, and childlike wonder. You’ll rest, yes — but you’ll also play, explore, and remember parts of yourself that have been buried under responsibility, burnout, and urgency.
This is not a silent retreat.
This is not a productivity retreat.
This is a coming-home retreat.
Together, we’ll explore:
Nervous system regulation that actually works in real life
Gentle yoga, somatic practices, and guided rest
Playful movement, camp-style activities, and unstructured joy
Creative expression and ritual
Community that feels safe, affirming, and pressure-free
There is no expectation to perform, heal on a schedule, or “get it right.”
You get to show up exactly as you are.
Our facilitators draw from:
Somatic and trauma-informed practices
Yoga, sound, ritual, and embodied creativity
Nervous system education grounded in lived experience
A commitment to accessibility, consent, and care
You are the expert of your own body here.
